The Host
John Robert Hatherly
As the creator and host of The Infinite Search, I approach these conversations with an artist's curiosity and a seeker's heart. My journey has been shaped by both light and shadow, leading me to believe deeply in the power of authentic dialogue to illuminate our shared human experience.
In my work as an artist, designer, and contemplative thinker, I've witnessed how creativity can bridge divides and foster connection. Through my creative studios—Chamber for purpose-driven design and Sondwerk for meditative art—I explore the territories where creativity, meaning, and human resilience intersect.
What drives The Infinite Search is my belief that meaningful conversations are lighthouses in the storm of our complex world. Each episode is an invitation to explore life's essential questions together, to hold multiple truths simultaneously, and to center on what matters most—our shared humanity and capacity for growth.
I approach this work with what I call "practiced naïvety"—maintaining a sense of wonder while applying dedicated craft. My mission is to awaken curiosity, inspire wonder, uplift neighbors, and illuminate life through conversations that matter.
Leading with love, I believe wholeheartedly that the world is what we make of it—and that we are all, in our own ways, on this infinite search together.
